Automatic information: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, OS version, app usage events, and approximate location.
Connected accounts (optional): if you choose to link financial accounts, we may receive transaction data via secure providers like Plaid.

We use the information we collect to: identify settlements you may qualify for; submit claims on your behalf to court-appointed administrators; communicate about your claims, payments, and account; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations.

We share personal information only as needed to deliver the Services: with settlement administrators to file your claim; with service providers under contract; in response to lawful legal process. We do not sell your personal information.

You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from within the app or by contacting hello@joinpayout.app. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and other jurisdictions have additional rights under applicable law.
